This course will prepare you for leading a Stages indoor cycling class. It will take you through the process of planning your class, which begins even before you step into the studio to teach, all the way through to the very end, where you feel confident to ask for feedback about your fun, motivational, results orientated class. This is the beginning of a powerful journey for you and your clients.
